11 Termination & Suspension

h88 game reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Continued operation of your account would expose h88 game to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon termination for cause, h88 game reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, such funds may be forfeited.
